If too thin, add more corn starch.)
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_xaha-_Gy7kM/RuDGJB6HivI/AAAAAAAAAJQ/SyNOj7XbuoM/s200/Step+2.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5107299835871464178" />

Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.

This is a King family special!

Chicken Casserole

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_xaha-_Gy7kM/Rt4CRx6HiVI/AAAAAAAAAGA/j0IkQMDYdtc/s320/Step+7+-+Finished+Product.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5106521531962853714" />
Ingredients

1-2 lbs. chicken (or 1 rotiserie chicken)<img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_xaha-_Gy7kM/Rt4CYB6HiWI/AAAAAAAAAGI/6_gTJs13abg/s200/Step+1+-+Chicken.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5106521639337036130" />

1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup

1/2 can water

8 oz. sour cream

1 stick butter

1 stick Ritz crackers (crumbled)

Directions
Boil chicken until done (if using raw chicken). Bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes.

This is a King family special, and is SO easy to make! You can also use apple pie filling instead of cherry or blueberry, but if you use apple, leave the pineapple out because the two flavors do not mix well.
